Since my day is consumed with caring for our daughters who are awake for roughly 12 hours, this month I thought it would be perfect to focus on a day in our life. When I woke up early this morning (thanks, Vivian), I didn't set out with much of a plan other than to jump in and try to capture moments in our routine. I used my DLSR with the tripod for a few shots, while I shot others on a whim with my iPhone. Whether or not they actually mesh together doesn't matter, because they are true to my day today. Often times I find myself rushing around during the day, really for no good reason. This exercise has helped me to stop, take things in, and to capture some of the ordinary moments of my day that in some ways are actually extraordinary (to me). So here you have this month's entry for our 12.12.12. project, below you will find 12 images from 12 hours of my day on the 12th of February.
